Leontien Raijmakers-Dings is a Grand Prix-level dressage rider. She also has raised and trained several talented horses up to a higher level. From a young age on Leontien has partaken in the equestrian sports. When she turned thirteen years old she chose to focus on dressage and started training with Dutch Olympic dressage rider/coach Bert Rutten which she continues to do so to this day.
Thanks to the support of her loving parents Leontien achieved many of her equestrian goals. Her father likes to buy young and promising sport horses with the potential for Leontien to train them to perfection, for this she is quite well-known. Besides riding her own horses, Leontien can often be found on the road with customers scouting a suitable horse for them.
